Children

Jane Biggio has three children, ages 7, 10, and 12. She remembers the pain and challenges of her own childhood and sees how most children suffer in a variety of ways, even when they receive love and support from the people around them.

Children are much more aware of the world than adults. They are significantly more sensitive to the energy around them. We all have difficult times in our lives when our energy may reflect anger, sadness, or fear. Unfortunately, our children often feel this pain more than we do.

Jane's classes and sessions are especially helpful for children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, or oversensitivity.

Jane offers the TragerŪ Approach and Kokikai Aikido to children in order to help them discover a way to feel safe in the world. Her intention is to balance painful experiences with feelings of peace, joy, and confidence.

TragerŪ sessions can help children release tension that might otherwise manifest in adulthood as poor posture or chronic pain.

Kokikai Aikido reinforces a sense of confidence and integrity when faced with challenges such as decision making, bullying, verbal abuse, or actual physical attack.

Jane continues to choose The TragerŪ Approach and Kokikai Aikido as mediums for healing and for teaching life skills because they both support relaxation, acceptance, and joy and they both continue to benefit her own life in very meaningful ways. Jane finds both art forms to be exceptionally fascinating and fun, and she greatly admires the founders of these arts for their dedication to their own growth and learning as well as their passion for helping others.
